Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern the use of PartyPass, the ticketing platform operated by Partypass Ltd (UK, company no. 17332882). Last updated: 15 July 2026.
1About these terms
These Terms govern your use of PartyPass (partypass.to), a ticketing platform operated by Partypass Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17332882 (“PartyPass”, “we”, “us”). By using the Platform or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
In these Terms: the Platform is the PartyPass website and services; an Organizer is a person or entity that creates an event and sells tickets through the Platform; an Attendee (or Buyer) is a person who buys a ticket; a Ticket is the right to attend an event; the Service fee is our fee described in section 4.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://partypass.to/terms. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
2What PartyPass is — and is not
PartyPass provides ticketing technology: event pages, checkout, payment routing, ticket delivery and door check-in. We help Organizers sell tickets and help Attendees buy them.
The Organizer — not PartyPass — is the seller and provider of each event and the merchant of record for the ticket price. PartyPass is not the organizer of any event and is not a party to the contract between the Organizer and the Attendee for attending the event.
Payments are processed by Stripe directly into the Organizer’s own connected Stripe account. PartyPass does not receive, hold or control ticket funds; we only collect our Service fee.
We are not responsible for the content, quality, safety, organization, postponement or cancellation of any event. Any claims about an event must be addressed to its Organizer.
3Buying tickets
To buy a ticket you select an event, provide the required details (such as your name and email, and where relevant your phone number, dance role, ticket type and any add-ons), accept these Terms, and pay.
The total you pay is the ticket price set by the Organizer, plus the PartyPass Service fee, plus any optional add-ons you choose at checkout (for example accommodation). All amounts are shown before you pay.
A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Your ticket, including a QR code, is delivered by email and — if you opt in — via Telegram or WhatsApp.
Each ticket admits one person once. Tickets must not be duplicated or resold above their face value.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide at checkout.
4Service fee
PartyPass charges the Buyer a Service fee, on top of the ticket price, for use of the Platform. The fee is 3% of the order total.
The Service fee is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
The Service fee is non-refundable, including where the ticket price itself is refunded, except where a refund of the fee is required by law.
5Refunds and cancellations
Eligibility for a refund of the ticket price is determined by the Organizer’s refund policy and by applicable law. PartyPass facilitates refunds through Stripe on the Organizer’s behalf.
If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, or materially changed so that you no longer wish to attend, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. The Organizer is responsible for funding such refunds.
The Service fee is retained as set out in section 4.3.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment-processor fees may apply as described by Stripe.
Please contact us at hello@partypass.to before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to restrictions on your account.
6For Organizers
By creating an event you confirm that you are entitled to sell tickets to it and that its content is lawful and accurately described.
You are the merchant of record and the provider of the event. You are responsible for delivering the event, for attendee safety, for issuing any legally required receipts or invoices, and for all taxes (including VAT) arising on ticket sales.
Payouts are made by Stripe directly to your connected Stripe account under Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. You are responsible for your Stripe account and the accuracy of its details.
You authorize PartyPass to collect its Service fee from each order through Stripe.
You must handle attendee personal data in line with applicable data-protection law. In respect of your attendees you act as an independent data controller — see our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your own refund policy and for honoring refunds due when you cancel or materially change an event.
We may suspend or remove events or accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
7Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, upload harmful or misleading content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform, or scrape it without our permission.
8Intellectual property
The Platform, its software, branding and design are owned by PartyPass or its licensors. Content supplied by an Organizer remains the Organizer’s; by uploading it, the Organizer grants PartyPass a licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
9Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of Organizers, Attendees, Stripe or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to section 9.3, our total liability to a Buyer in connection with the Platform is limited to the Service fee paid on the relevant order.
10Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
